Gather your favourite people for a festive feast that swaps the usual turkey for the bold flavours of Peru. Kick things off with para picar favourites like our Chifa chicharrones (slow-cooked crispy pork belly with chancaca soy) and golden yuca carimañolas with Huancaína dip. Then comes the ceviche: our signature Señor Ceviche with yellowfin tuna, seabass and ponzu tiger's milk, served alongside a zingy rainbow trout tiradito.
From the Peruvian BBQ, tuck into roast chicken in aji panca spices and aji amarillo skate wing with salsa criolla. Both come with aji panca roast potatoes and achote and miso glazed vegetables. Finish on a festive high with our Peruvian Eton mess, layered with meringue, cream and pisco infused seasonal fruit.
